Qualfon is a global provider of contact center, back-office, and business process outsourcing (BPO) services. We offer a full suite of customer lifecycle services including sales, customer care, technical support, and retention programs, and we are experienced at operating large client programs across multiple geographies. Qualfon also supports a variety of communication channels including voice, chat, email, IVR, social media, and blogs.
Qualfon is a private help company. It is also Consecrated. In 2006, while traveling to the Philippines to open a new branch in Cebu City, Alfonso González Arocha, Founder and Chairman, decided to consecrate Qualfon to God through the Sacred Heart of Jesus, the intercession of Our Lady of Guadalupe, and the Protection of St. Michael the Archangel.

And for better recall, shortened it to: "Be the Best BPO. Make people's lives better."
Qualfon Mission Program was initially launched in September 2012 with the main purpose to make the Mission of the company come alive through its employees and their families.
To further strengthen the program, the company decided to create a separate structure called the Mission Office – hired a Chief Mission Office with an equal voice in the Executive body alongside the COOs, CFOs and Chief People Officer. The Mission Office becomes the partner of the Human Development Department tasked to promote and facilitate sub-programs and initiatives for the Mission.
