The Human Resource Development Program is a holistic, integral strategy that encompasses a collection of plans, programs, and activities that is implemented in the employee lifecycle, starting from hiring up to separation/retirement. It streamlines the four major HR Mechanisms (Recruitment and Selection, Records and Research, Learning and Development and Welfare and Recognition) to ensure that talents are appropriately and properly taken cared of starting from hiring to separation/retirement.
The Human Resource Development Program establishes systems and processes designed to acquire the skills and talents, enhance, develop and provide the necessary support systems to maintain those talents. Performance indicators and measures are derived from these systems and procedures in order to evaluate and assess the attainment and performance of these indicators.
