#FutureReady: 7th Bulacan Youth Summit

With over a thousand participants the Junior People Management Association of the Philippines - Bulacan Federation (JPMAP) in partnership with the People Management of the Philippines (PMAP) were able to successfully held its 7th Bulacan Youth Summit with the theme: #Future Ready held at The Pavilion, Hiyas ng Bulacan, Convention Center Capitol Compound City of Malolos. Of course, this event wouldn’t be possible without the help of the Provincial Government of Malolos City with Gov. Wilhelmino Sy- Alvarado and Vice Gov. Daniel R. Fernando. The said event is held for the welfare of the students that are majoring and taking up management courses. Students were able to learn from the speaker’s different objectives in life as they grow gaining experiences.

“GROW and THRIVE in your Career”

To start off with the learning sessions Ms. Haidee Enriquez general manager of Sitel Philippines shares her experience and life to uplift the spirits of the students that are still growing and thriving in their respective careers. This boosted the morale of the students that were able to listen to her.


To show their competitiveness this year the JPMAP Officers decided to change what they used to do from the traditional pageant to a display of their TALENTS the JPMAP GOT TALENT! wherein the competitors were able to display their different talents from Dancing, Singing, up to a magic act. The participants were so overwhelming that the judges were torn between choices of who will win this event. In the end, La Consolacion with their Participant Magician John Robert Arcilla were able to bring home the Champion with Dr. Yanga College CBA HYPE in 1st Place and FCAT Ms. Anne Fritzie in 2nd.
